Le Cordon Bleu and Dusit International agreed to establish an International high quality culinary arts and hospitality training school located within the Dusit Thani Building (on Rama IV Road) named “Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School”.
This remarkable new partnership between Le Cordon Bleu and Dusit International was developed in response to the rapidly increasing demand in Thailand for the finest quality culinary arts education and hospitality training. With its internationally recognized culinary education and most modern kitchen facilities in Bangkok, the school offers a comprehensive range of training courses and is positioned to become Southeast Asia's premier culinary arts and hospitality education and training centre.
Programs & Courses
The Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School curriculum is made up of the Cuisine and Patisserie Programs. The certificates in cuisine and patisserie are the foundation of Le Cordon Bleu's Classic Cycle program. Students progress through the different levels culminating in the Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplome de Pâtisserie. Le Cordon Bleu diplomas in cuisine and patisserie are recognized worldwide by industry professionals.
Together, they make up Le Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu. Each Certificate consists of a three month program, Diplomas are a ninth month program and Le Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu can be completed in as little as nine months.
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School also offers a short courses such as Wine Studies, Bakery, Barista and Cuisine & Patisserie workshops.
