Job Expectation: To assist Executive Chef manage kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with hotel standards, through planning, organizing, and controlling the Kitchen operation.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Thai Male, age between 35-45 years old.
  • Minimum 10 years work experience as Sous Chef in a hotel and Travel industry.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills & Team Player
  • Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to develop close communications and relationships with employees and guests.
