Le Cordon Bleu Dusit is the premiere culinary school in Thailand. The school offers taught classes in French Cuisine and Patisserie as well as Thai Cuisine. Courses are taught by experienced chefs in English and are translated into Thai. Short-courses are also offered to students with limited time available as well as those who want to specialise in a selected discipline.
